NCR stands for Non-carbon paper. The name makes it clear that no carbon is used in it and it replaces the carbon paper that is otherwise used in making identical copies for an original document. With non-carbon, you can also make exact replicas by placing them below the original one. Carbon papers were the traditional modes of generating copies. Almost everybody has used them. But we have created the modern solution to that. Non-carbon is great for making copies without creating any kind of a mess. Its working mechanism is not hard to understand. It is a multi-paper based system. This system works in unique but is rather easy to grasp. The upper part of the carbonless paper is the clay part on which we print or write. This part ensures the transfer of the writing to the lower part of the same paper. The part beneath has tiny capsules. When we write on the upper part, these capsules break down and leave an impression on the upper part of the second paper which then transfers the writing to its lower part. And in this way, the writing is transferred from one paper to another effortlessly. The small size of the capsules makes printing very accurate and easy. This function can be performed using multiple sheets, up to number five. The flexibility and quality of it make a modern and suitable option for anyone to try printing.
