Return and Refund Policy:
GoCustomBoxes com always appreciate to their client’s query, since we have made a strong relationship with our valued client for the last couple of years. That is why we believe in quality and we do not compromise on services. It is recommended that if your ordered product is not according to your requirement, your described specifications. The customer should inform us within 3 working days at support@gocustomboxes.com after receiving the order. A charge back is not facilitated to the customer, you can get the option to reprint your order according to your given specification if the fault has proved on company’s side. The defective product will be determined by the GCB management. Complete order must be sent by the customer to the company within 7 working days along with the complete documents of defective product and also a digital photograph to make the order correctly by making your own shipping cost. If the fault has proven from client’s end and the requirement is to refund the amount. In this case, the customer is liable to send back the printed job and we will pay the amount after deducting a specific amount against it which include the product’s setup and shipping cost paid by the company itself.
